Shipping policy

1) Processing & Fulfillment

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or sales, handling may take up to 5 business days.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking link.

Orders are fulfilled by trusted AliExpress partner suppliers and shipped directly from their international warehouses.


2) Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

  • Other GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar) — depending on product availability.

If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us at support@tenebrisapex.com and we’ll do our best to assist.


3) Estimated Delivery Times

Average delivery times (including transit & customs):

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
UAE 8 – 12 business days
KSA 9 – 14 business days
Other GCC countries 10 – 15 business days
Other regions (if available) 10 – 20 business days

These are average AliExpress ePacket / Standard Shipping times.
Delivery can be faster or slower depending on customs, weather, or local courier efficiency.


4) Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, destination, and supplier origin.

  • Free shipping is available for:

    • Orders AED 199+ (UAE)

    • Orders SAR 300+ (KSA)

  • For orders below these thresholds, shipping rates appear before payment.


5) Tracking

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number that can be tracked via:

Tracking updates may take 2–4 days to appear once the shipment leaves the origin warehouse.


6) Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import duties.

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes upon delivery.
    Refusal to pay may result in package return or disposal; such cases are non-refundable.


7) Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is not delivered within 30 days from dispatch:

  1. Contact us at support@tenebrisapex.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll open an investigation with the shipping provider (takes 7–14 business days).

  3. Once confirmed lost, we’ll resend or refund your order at our discretion.


8) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging
    We’ll resolve the issue promptly (replacement, reshipment, or refund as appropriate).


9) Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before processing/shipping.
Once an order is fulfilled, we can no longer cancel it.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.


10) Returns

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Defective or wrong items: return shipping is covered by us.

  • Change of mind: return shipping is customer’s responsibility.
    Items must be unused and in original packaging.


11) Force Majeure

Tenebris Apex OÜ is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, customs delays, strikes, war, or carrier network disruptions.
