Return & Refund Policy (Tenebris Apex)

1) Returns Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • With tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Items sent back without an approved Return Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

3) How to Start a Return

Email support@tenebrisapex.com with your order number and photos (if damaged/defective).
If your return is approved, we’ll send:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

  • Instructions on how and where to send the package

  • Return address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS: Company/Contact, Street, City, Postal Code, Country, Phone]

4) Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and make it right.

5) Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom/personalized products and made-to-order items

  • Personal care/beauty items once opened

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

  • Gift cards and final-sale/clearance items

6) Exchanges

Fastest method: return the unwanted item; once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

7) Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the item is defective/damaged or we sent the wrong item: Tenebris Apex covers return shipping.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, size, etc.): the customer pays return shipping.

8) EU 14-Day Cooling-Off (if applicable)

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

9) Refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank/issuer may need more time to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact support@tenebrisapex.com.
